Downloading and extracting the USMSlide package
The USMSlide package is available in gzip format at

USMSlide.tar.gz

To process use the shell command,

tar -xvzf USMSlide.tar.gz

The command will open the files in a directory named ./USMSlide inside the current working directory. Please read all of the documentation before attempting to use the package.
